Dosage
Take 1/2 – 1 scoop in water or diluted juice 1-3 times a day with or without meals or as directed by your health care practitioner. If the response is inadequate after 2 weeks, you may increase dosage to 1.5 scoops per dose. It is best to increase your fiber dosage gradually to let your body get accustomed to it. Increasing fiber too quickly may cause constipation or bloating for some from too much too fast.
